Development of Support to foster Environmental Excellence in Textile/Clothing in selected Central and Eastern European Countries (CEEC) in preparation for EU membership

1. Adaptation of the textile sector in selected CEEC to the new competitive and regulatory context of the single market.
2. Providing support to foster Environmental Excellence in the Textile Sector of CEEC.
3. Developing appropriate tools which will lead to sustainable economic growth in the sector without the need of environmental or social dumping. 
4. Assisting to establish a competitive textile market in Eastern Europe with more efficient, less hazardous and more environmentally friendly processes and products.
